Who I am
Welcome beautiful brides to Hayley Bronson Bridal. You’re key to unlocking extraordinary health and beauty so that you can walk down the aisle full of confidence.
I began my journey as a bridal coach after my own wedding in January 2024. Before working with brides, my primary focus was women’s health and hormones. As a Board Certified Naturopathic Doctor, I have helped countless women reclaim their love for life, their energy for the things they love and improve their beauty by improving their overall health. Prior to delving into alternative medicine, I have been practicing medicine as a Registered Nurse since 2018, and I have other health based certifications such as, CrossFit Level 1 Coach and ACE certified Health Coach.
My passion for women’s health and especially brides stems from my own life experience. I have always been very active. My childhood was full of sports like horseback riding, softball, basketball, cheerleading, track and cross country. As an adult, this active lifestyle translated into CrossFit, weightlifting and bodybuilding.
Now I train to look and feel good in my skin, and I coach brides to achieve the same level of health so that their beauty radiates from them without effort.
After my own engagement, I knew I wanted to walk down that aisle feeling like a goddess. For me, this meant prioritizing certain aspects of my lifestyle like improving my digestive health, perfecting my skin care routine, nailing down my workout regimen, taking my hair care to the next level, and practicing mindfulness and stress reduction techniques.
When our wedding day approached, I was no longer bloated or carrying around that stubborn extra ten pounds, my skin was clear and bright, I was lean and defined, and hair was luscious and shiny, and I was able to be present for every part of the day.
